• Electric Paradise is an 18+ event. No-one under this age will be permitted entry.

• No re-entryonce you leave the festival.

You do not need to print your ticket.
Download it onto your phone or into your wallet app before arrival.
Signal can be slow at peak times, so save it offline in advance.

No one is permitted on site under the age of 18.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Please bring your ID if you look under 25.

Electric Paradise is entirely cashless.

• Bars accept card/contactless only

• No cash onsite

Bring a charged phone and a backup power bank.

• A wide range of food traders, including vegan and vegetarian options
• No outside drinks except sealed water
• Food is not permitted
• The entire site is cashless

Medical & Welfare tents will be clearly signposted.

Medication rules:

• Must be in sealed packaging
• Must match your ID
• Must come with a prescription or doctor’s note

In an emergency

• Approach any steward or security staff
• Or head directly to the medical tent

Never hesitate to ask for help,  welfare teams are there for exactly that.

Bring a small empty refillable bottle (500ml max, no metal).

CAR PARKING

Electric Paradise uses a colour-coded car park system.

Parking: Available to pre-book

• No overnight parking
  • Cars left after hours may be towed
  • Parking is on grass + hard-standing
  • Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk
  • Accessible parking available at the Watling Street entrance (Orange Car Park)

BIG GREEN COACH (Sustainable Return Travel)

TRAINS

Nearest Station: Milton Keynes Central
Served by Avanti West Coast & London Northwestern Railway.

Walking:
A safe pedestrian route (Leisure Route 51) takes approx 20–25 mins from MK Central to the Bowl.

Allow extra time on departure due to crowds.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

We run large numbers of shuttle buses all day, with regular departures to keep queues moving.

• Arrive early if you want to guarantee a specific time.
• Expect short waits during peak hours.

Limited accessible parking is available next to this entrance. These will be colour coordinated to assist you.

TERRAIN

The site has a mixture of hardstanding, rough terrain and grass.
Wet weather may cause muddy conditions, please plan accordingly.

There is a flat pathway around the exterior of the bowl which is the easiest way to navigate the site. Please use our site maps which we will upload to social media, as well as email.

Strobe lighting, smoke, and pyrotechnics may be in use.

We aim to make Electric Paradise as accessible as possible. Please read carefully before booking.

VIEWING AREAS

• Accessible viewing areas (Limited Availability)
• Accessible toilets inside viewing area (available upon showing accessibility evidence)

TICKET OPTIONS

• Limited Accessible Viewing Areas (ground & wheelchair platform).
• Customers can still apply forPA/Carer tickets with approved eligibility.
• You are able to use the accessible toilets and facilities behind the viewing area with valid documentation.

Accessible toilets are RADAR-key locked. Please bring your key.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A PA/CARER TICKET

1. Buy your ticketvia Skiddle.
2. Email hello@jbmmusic.com with:
   • Your Skiddle order number
   • Proof of eligibility (see Section 3)
   • Confirmation you require aPA/Carer ticket
3. If approved, we assign acomplimentary PA/Carer ticket to your booking.

Do not purchase a PA/Carer ticket yourself. You will not be refunded.

3. PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY

One of the following is required:

• Access Card with+1 symbol
• PIP or DLA letter (showing carer support required)
• Medical letter confirming your need for support
• Other relevant documentation
  Email documents within7 days of booking.

4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• PA/Carer tickets cannot be bought — applications only.
• Resale or misuse results in cancellation withno refund.
• PA/Carer tickets are only valid with the main ticket holder.

5. ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

• You may bring medication with matching ID and prescription.
• Accessible parking must be booked on our website once available (limited availability).
• The Accessible Entrance is clearly signposted and fully staffed.
• Our access team will assist with wristbands, directions, and any questions on the day.

ALREADY PURCHASED A TICKET?

You can still apply for a PA/Carer ticket after buying a standard ticket.
Refunds are not issued unless the event is postponed or cancelled.
