  • Electric Paradise is an 18+ event. No-one under this age will be permitted entry.
  • No re-entryonce you leave the festival.
  • Plan ahead and bring everything you need for the day.
  • Wristbands must stay on – tampered bands = no entry.

You do not need to print your ticket.
Download it onto your phone or into your wallet app before arrival.
Signal can be slow at peak times, so save it offline in advance.

Electric Paradise is 18+ only.
No one is permitted on site under the age of 18.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Please bring your ID if you look under 25.

Electric Paradise is entirely cashless.

  • Bars accept card/contactless only
  • Food traders accept card/contactless only
  • No cash onsite

Bring a charged phone and a backup power bank.

  • A wide range of food traders, including vegan and vegetarian options
  • No outside drinks except sealed water
  • Food is not permitted
  • The entire site is cashless

Medical & Welfare tents will be clearly signposted.

Medication rules:

  • Must be in sealed packaging
  • Must match your ID
  • Must come with a prescription or doctor’s note

In an emergency

  • Approach any steward or security staff
  • Or head directly to the medical tent

Never hesitate to ask for help,  welfare teams are there for exactly that.

Electric Paradise uses a colour-coded car park system.

Walking:
A safe pedestrian route (Leisure Route 51) takes approx 20–25 mins from MK Central to the Bowl.

We run large numbers of shuttle buses all day, with regular departures to keep queues moving.

  • Arrive early if you want to guarantee a specific time.
  • Expect short waits during peak hours.
  • Follow instructions from shuttle staff at all times.

(PA/Carer & Accessible Facilities Guide)

We are committed to making Electric Paradise as accessible and enjoyable as possible for all guests. Please read this guide carefully before booking.

1) ACCESS ENTRANCE

Those with a proof of elgibility are eligible to use this entrance upon showing this on the day. (See Section 4)

2) Ticket Types

Accessible Viewing Areas (Ground-Level Accessible Area & Wheelchair Viewing Platform).
• These are limited capacity areas designed for guests with mobility needs or who cannot stand for long periods.
Approval is required in advance.
• Once capacity is reached, further viewing applications may not be approved.

PA/Carer Tickets (No Viewing Platform Required)
• Guests who require assistance but do not need a dedicated viewing area may apply for a complimentary PA/Carer ticket only.
• Approved guests may still access accessible toilets and facilities behind the viewing area.

Toilets
• All public accessible toilets are RADAR-key locked.
• Those with proof of eligibility can use the accessible area access facilities & accessible entrance without an accessible ticket.
• Please bring your own RADAR key.

3) How to Apply

Step 1
Email hello@jbmmusic.com within 7 days of booking with:

Proof of eligibility (see Section 3)

  • Confirmation whether you require:
  • A PA/Carer ticket only
  • Or Accessible Viewing Area + PA support (If this is sold out = PA/Carer only)
  • Or Wheelchair Viewing Platform

Step 3 – Review

  • Applications are reviewed within 5 working days.
    If proof is not received within 7 days of booking, your application may be cancelled.
4) Proof of Eligibility (Required)

Please provide ONE of the following:

  • Access Card with +1 symbol
  • PIP (PIP scoring component stating carer/supervision/assistance required)
  • Medical letter confirming you require a carer
  • Other official documentation confirming carer needs

Email proof to hello@jbmmusic.com within 7 days of booking.

5) Verification Requirement

For security and fairness:

  • The name on the proof of eligibility must match the name on the ticket booking.
  • The email address used to apply must match the booking email or the email linked to the Access Card.
  • If details do not match, additional verification may be requested before approval.
6) Important Conditions
  • One PA/Carer ticket per eligible customer only (Unless stated otherwise).
  • Do NOT purchase a PA/Carer ticket yourself — these will not be refunded.
  • PA/Carer tickets are only valid when attending with the main ticket holder.
  • Any PA/Carer ticket found to be resold will be cancelled without refund and entry refused.
  • Any misuse of accessible facilities or false declarations may result in cancellation without refund.
7) Accessible Viewing Areas – Capacity Notice

Accessible viewing areas operate with strict capacity limits.
Once full, additional viewing access cannot be guaranteed.

PA/Carer support may still be considered even if viewing areas are at capacity.
Accessible facilities and accessible entrance can still be used uupon showing a proof of eligbility on the day.

8) Application Deadline
  • Accessibility applications close Friday 27th June.

  • Late applications cannot be guaranteed.

9) On-Site Information
  • Approved accessibility guests may be required to present ID on arrival.
  • The main ticket holder must be present with their PA/Carer.
  • A designated accessible entrance and entry lanes will be available.
  • During peak arrival times, entry may take longer — early arrival is recommended.
11) Ground Conditions

Electric Paradise is an outdoor event.
The site includes grass and uneven terrain. While pathways are managed, weather conditions may impact ground firmness.

There is a flat pathway around the exterior of the bowl which is the easiest way to navigate the site. Please use our site maps which we will upload to social media, as well as email.

12) Policy Consistency

Our accessibility requirements remain aligned with previous years and industry standards.
The documentation process exists to ensure support is allocated fairly to those who genuinely require it.

Strobe lighting, smoke, and pyrotechnics may be in use.
