The Top 10 Moments
Electric Paradise 2026 was our very first instalment of the festival, and what a way to launch. From legendary performances and unforgettable dancefloor moments to giant glitterballs, conga lines and thousands of you singing your hearts out, the atmosphere at Milton Keynes Bowl was everything we hoped Electric Paradise would be.
There were so many incredible moments across the day that picking just 10 wasn’t easy, but here are some of our absolute favourites from our debut.
1. Grace Jones closing the festival
If you’re going to launch a brand-new festival, you might as well do it with an icon. Grace Jones brought Electric Paradise 2026 to an unforgettable close with an incredible headline performance. A true legend of music, fashion and culture, watching her command the stage was an iconic moment that we’ll never forget.
2. Armand Van Helden closing the Glitterbox stage
The Glitterbox stage was always going to be a place for big moments, and Armand Van Helden delivered exactly that.
Closing out the stage with a huge set, he had the crowd dancing right through to the final moments. One last party on one very glittery dancefloor.
3. Cameo bringing the Big Love stage to life
Over on the Big Love stage, Cameo put on an incredible show.
The legendary funk and soul group brought their unmistakable sound to Electric Paradise, delivering the kind of performance that had the whole crowd moving. It was pure feel-good festival energy.
4. Candi Staton performing ‘You Got the Love’ live
There are some songs that feel made for a festival crowd, and You Got the Love is undoubtedly one of them.
Getting to see the iconic Candi Staton perform it live at Electric Paradise was a truly special moment. Hearing thousands of voices come together for such a beloved classic was something we’ll be remembering for a long time.
5. Being joined by YOU for the best Saturday
The biggest part of Electric Paradise was always going to be the people.
Seeing thousands of you arrive at Milton Keynes Bowl, ready to dance, sing and celebrate together, made our debut so special. From the moment the gates opened until the final track, you brought the energy – and we couldn’t have asked for a better Saturday.
6. When the glitterballs came alive
There’s something pretty special about watching a festival transform as the sun goes down.
When the sun went down on the Glitterbox stage and those giant glitterballs came alive, the whole place took on a completely different atmosphere. It was one of those moments where you could look around and think: this is Electric Paradise.
7. The main stage conga line
We didn’t have this one on the running order. Somehow, a conga line made its way through the crowd at the main stage – and just kept going! It was spontaneous, ridiculous and completely brilliant. Exactly the kind of moment that makes a festival feel like a festival.
8. Todd Terry on the Fools Paradise stage
Todd Terry brought the house down on the Fools Paradise stage. A true dance music legend, his set had the crowd locked in and dancing from start to finish. Another reminder of just how much incredible talent was packed across the Electric Paradise lineup.
9. The endless good vibes
Some moments are impossible to capture in a photo or video. The atmosphere at Electric Paradise was one of them. All day long, there was an incredible feeling in the air. People dancing with friends, strangers becoming dancefloor companions, huge smiles everywhere you looked and music bringing everyone together. The good vibes simply didn’t stop.
10. Thousands of you singing with Sister Sledge
And finally, one of those proper goosebump moments. Thousands of you singing along with Sister Sledge ft. Kathy Sledge was something else. Hearing that crowd come together to sing along to such an iconic soundtrack was the perfect way to celebrate everything Electric Paradise was about.
Until next time…
Looking back at our debut, it’s hard to believe just how many incredible memories were made in a single day. From Grace Jones and Armand Van Helden to Candi Staton, Cameo, Todd Terry and Sister Sledge, the music was unforgettable. But more than anything, it was you who made Electric Paradise 2026 so special.
